Half leather binding with marbled boards and endpapers. Marbled endpapers in addition. Featuring stunning hand-colored floral plates/engravings, including chrysanthemums, phlox, Victoria regia, and more. Binding tight. Monthly issues from January to December 1848 compiled in one volume which include
horticultural articles, notes on new or rare plants, monthly garden operations, and reader-submitted tips. Foxing (especially to prelims), but plates remain bright. Some plates with light foxing (Note photos). Light wear to boards and spine; binding tight.
