 A beautiful 19th-century volume of The Floricultural Cabinet and Florists’ Magazine, Volume XVI (1848), conducted by Joseph Harrison and published in London by Whittaker and Co. This richly illustrated periodical was a vital resource for gardeners, florists, and botanists of the Victorian era.

Half leather binding with marbled boards and endpapers. Marbled endpapers in addition. Featuring stunning hand-colored floral plates/engravings, including chrysanthemums, phlox, Victoria regia, and more. Binding tight. Monthly issues from January to December 1848 compiled in one volume which include 
horticultural articles, notes on new or rare plants, monthly garden operations, and reader-submitted tips. Foxing (especially to prelims), but plates remain bright. Some plates with light foxing (Note photos). Light wear to boards and spine; binding tight. 

Condition: Overall Good ++ to Very Good( due to some foxing)
