Highly decorative floral cartonnage binding to both boards with beautiful gilt detail, paste down to front board, engraving/ frontispiece with tissue guard, binding tight, rubbing/bumping to corners/spine edges, dentelle on inside boards, 307pp. Inscription to front board which notes given as a gift/ “prize” on Dec 20th, 1958. Very good antiquarian condition.
