This first edition, first impression was published by L. C. Page & Company in Boston in 1912; the copyright page states “First Impression, April, 1912.” The volume features a colored frontispiece protected by a captioned tissue guard, gilt top edges, and numerous full-page photogravures and illustrations.
The book is in very good condition, with a tight binding and clean pages.
