The book is handsomely bound in reddish-brown soft leather with elaborate gilt decoration to the covers and spine, marbled endpapers, and the gilt initials “M.E.J.” on the front cover showing provenance of a previous ownership.
Condition: The leather shows rubbing and wear, particularly at the top spine ends and front board top edge. The pages show some age-toning.
