This book’s inscription states this was given as a Christmas gift in 1891. Inside there are ten pages with floral watercolor artwork added along with calligraphy and illuminated lettering “signifying important dates- births and deaths of various Hoyt family members” from Auburn, NY. These dates are all from the 1800s.

Ivory cloth with silver, gilt and brown floral lettering/ detail. Gilt lettering to spine. Binding tight. 280pp.
